St. Kevin’s Redevelopment

The former St. Kevin’s campus on Columbia Road between historic Pilgrim Church and the Bird Street Municipal Building was redeveloped with 80 units of mixed-income housing. The development includes three multi-story buildings, two newly constructed (35 Bird St and 530 Columbia St) and the adaptive reuse of one of the existing buildings (516 Columbia).
