Upcoming commercial development

Upham’s Corner Comfort Station. This site was a place for trolley riders to use a bathroom and freshen up when trolleys came through the neighborhood. The Sip & Spoke Bike Kitchen will occupy this space. It’s a bike shop meets cafe. The historic structure is supported by Historic Boston Incorporated and will be owned by Noah de Amor of Bowdoin Bike School.
